Cooking Instructions

PASTA 

LASAGNA BOLOGNESE

Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 390 degrees

Step 2 – Place the Lasagna in an oven safe ceramic uncovered for 20 minutes

Step 3 – Pull the Lasagna out of the oven and top it with the tomato sauce provided 

Step 4 – Place back in the oven for 3 additional minutes

Step 5 – Pull the Lasagna out of the oven and top it with the Parmesan Cheese provided

Step 6 – Seat Down, Buckle Up and Enjoy your meal!

LASAGNA MUSHROOMS

Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 390 degrees

Step 2 – Place the Lasagna in an oven safe ceramic uncovered for 15 minutes

Step 3 – Pull the Lasagna out of the oven and top it with the Parmesan Cheese provided

Step 4 – Seat Down, Buckle Up and Enjoy your meal!

RAVIOLI AND GNOCCHI

Step 1 – Bring a pot of non-salted water to a boiling temperature and add the ravioli / gnocchi

Step 2 – Once the ravioli / gnocchi are floating, they are ready; strain them really well and add them to the sauce. 

Step 3 – If you have “Fatto a Mano” sauces, refer to the sauce paragraph for cooking instructions

SPAGHETTI, PAPPARDELLE, TAGLIATELLE, RIGATONI, FUSILLI

Step 1 – Bring a pot of non-salted water to a boiling temperature and add the pasta

Step 2 – Once the pasta is ready, strain it really well and add it to the sauce. 

Step 3 – If you have “Fatto a Mano” sauces, refer to the sauce paragraph for cooking instructions


Each Pasta is suggested to cook the following amount of time:

Pappardelle – 2 Minute

Tagliolini – 3 Minutes 

Rigatoni – 3 Minutes

Fusilli – 4 Minutes

Spaghetti – 4 Minutes


SAUCES

CACIO E PEPE SAUCE

Step 1 – Place the Cacio e Pepe Mix, on a non-heated skillet

Step 2 – Place the steaming hot pasta on the skillet away from fire, add the black pepper and mix everything gently away from fire, until the pasta and the sauce are well mixed together.

Step 3 – Plate the pasta and enjoy it! 


TOMATO SAUCE AND BOLOGNESE SAUCE

Step 1 – Place the sauce on a skillet and warm it up on gentle fire, until it starts sizzling.

Step 2 – Once the sauce is hot, turn the fire off and wait until the pasta is ready. 

Step 3 – Place the steaming hot pasta on the skillet and sauté the pasta and the sauce on high fire, until the sauce and the pasta are well mix together.

Step 3 – Plate the pasta and enjoy it! 


PESTO SAUCE

Step 1 – Place the Pesto Sauce, on a non-heated skillet

Step 2 – Place the steaming hot pasta on the skillet away from fire and mix everything gently away from fire, until the pasta and the sauce are well mixed together.

Step 3 – Plate the pasta and enjoy it! 


PIZZA

FOCACCIA ROSEMARY

Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 500 degrees

Step 2 – Sprinkle Rosemary on the pizza sheet

Step 3 – Place the pizza sheet in the oven for about five minute

Step 4 – Carefully touch the bottom crust of the pizza and confirm crispy flaky texture is there

Step 5 – Once the Focaccia is out of the oven, sprinkle Extra Virgin Olive Oil


MARGHERITA

Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 500 degrees

Step 2 – Spread Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella on pizza sheet

Step 3 – Place pizza sheet in the oven for about 10 minutes

Step 4 – Ensure all mozzarella cheese is melted and carefully touch the bottom crust of the pizza to confirm crispy flaky texture is there

Step 5 – Once the pizza is out of the oven, sprinkle Extra Virgin Olive Oil and topped with fresh basil


BUFFALO MARGHERITA

Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 500 degrees

Step 2 – Spread Tomato Sauce only

Step 3 – Place pizza sheet in the oven for about 10 minutes

Step 4 – Carefully touch the bottom crust of the pizza to confirm crispy flaky texture is there

Step 5 – Once the pizza is out of the oven, tear buffalo mozzarella in pieces and place is raw on top of the steam hot pizza, topped with fresh basil and sprinkle Extra Virgin Olive Oil.


GENOVESE

Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 500 degrees

Step 2 – Spread Pesto Sauce and Mozzarella on pizza sheet Step 3 – Place pizza sheet in the oven for about 5 minutes

Step 4 – Ensure all mozzarella cheese is melted and carefully touch the bottom crust of the pizza to confirm crispy flaky texture is there

Step 5 – Once the pizza is out of the oven, place slices of pancetta on the pizza, until fully covering pesto and cheese.


ROMAGNOLA

Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 500 degrees

Step 2 – Spread the Stracchino cheese on pizza sheet

Step 3 – Place pizza sheet in the oven for about 5 minutes

Step 4 – Ensure all cheese is melted and slightly caramelized and carefully touch the bottom crust of the pizza to confirm crispy flaky texture is there

Step 5 – Once the pizza is out of the oven, place slices of Parma Ham on the pizza, until fully covering all melted cheese

Step 6 – Top the pizza with a little bit of Arugula and Extra Virgin Olive Oil


GUSTOSA

Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 500 degrees

Step 2 – Sprinkle Pecorino Cheese and Spread Fontina cheese on pizza sheet

Step 3 –Top with a layer of Potatoes and Rosemary

Step 4 – Place pizza sheet in the oven for about 8 minutes

Step 5 – Ensure potatoes are slightly charred and carefully touch the bottom crust of the pizza to confirm crispy flaky texture is there

Step 6 – Once the pizza is out of the oven, sprinkle a bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
